Terms of Service – ITA PERMIT

By using the ITA PERMIT website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

You must hold a valid national driver’s license to apply for our International Driving Permit.

2. Document Usage

The permit is a translation of your existing license and must be used alongside your original license.

3. Order Processing

Digital permits are delivered within 15–60 minutes. Orders placed during weekends or holidays may take longer.

4. Shipping Terms

• Fast shipping: 5–7 days with tracking
• Standard shipping: 35–47 days without tracking

5. Refund Policy

You are eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy within 30 days of purchase, subject to conditions.

6. Responsibility

It is your responsibility to verify whether the International Driving Permit is accepted in your destination country. We provide general guidance, but final acceptance is up to local authorities.
